1. Appointments are booked based on availability. Clients are not guaranteed an appointment until they have paid the nonrefundable deposit and received a confirmation e-mail.
2. Clients must pay the deposit within 24 hours to secure their slot. If you are past the 24 hour time, you forfeit the appointment and the slot will be offered to someone else.
3. All deposits are nonrefundable. You will receive an appointment reminder via text 1-2 days before your appointment. If you do not confirm within 24 hours, your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to pay the deposit again to reschedule.
4. Clients who cancel their appointments within 24 hours will be able to reschedule at no additional cost.
5. There are no refunds on hair unit services provided by JAP CUTZ . If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us immediately so that we can discuss any issues or concerns you may have. We will do our best to work with you to come up with a solution
